Prepunched Cartomizers

I know everyone has said to get a puncher but 40 bucks is a bit much and I'm female I don't wanna stand outside with my husband's tools and have to punch them. I have a silver bullet and every single time I change the batteries it burns out my carto. I've seen some say don't stack batteries *resolving that soon* others say I need a 3 ohm carto. I'm sure I need both. Using 1 carto a day when others get to use them for weeks at a time isn't right. Anyone else know where I can get prepunched 3ohm cartos from? Notcigs.com is all out. Or is anyone on here selling them?

buy a saddle valve from lowes for 6 bucks or less

you put the carto in the saddle and tighten it down then turn that little key thing on top til it punches through just barely, there should be several vids on youtube showing how it works. a dremel tool will work too to slot it.
