I vape Boba's Bounty in a tank on my provari. You can get a reasonable punch at phiniac.com (while gettin a nice tank as well).
After experimenting, here is my setup with this 100% VG juice. Two holes. One is not enough. Three tends to lead to flood depending on how deep you punch. With most punches, rotate until you hear the punch (click). Then rotate one more full turn. Done.
As mentioned, when its flooded, wipe off threaded end, blow through THAT end with a paper towel on the vaping end. You'll hear it clear. Wipe clean and try again.
Cartos are disposable for a reason. That's just one reason some hate them. They gum up. Especially with a Boba's bounty. If you're getting 3-4 days. That's not bad. It's about 2 days in the carto and 3-5 in a tank. I deal with all this because I finally have an all day vape I thoroughly enjoy. A little extra hassle but worth it. It's thick. It'll gum up.
While you're getting a punch, get yourself a tank filler. It'll help with guiding the carto out and such without playing with the caps.
