Like I said, scary things happen when I get to thinking! Often times I just end up hurting myself :D , but sometimes something cool comes out of it.

So I ordered a set of 30mil syringes from eBay a while ago to do a massive tank, but I really didn't want to use the syringe tube for the tank, it looked very cheap. So I ordered a tube of 1"OD 7/8" ID polycarbonate tubing from US Plastics and....well..... I ended up with this

It holds exactly 9 mils of juice in the tank plus 1.6 mil in the carto so 10.6 mils of juice total!

I used an old DC carto and a hammer to punch the hole in the syringe plugs, then used a -203 o ring (on both plugs) in the groove (can be seen in the 2nd pic) to help hug the carto and help the syringe plug expand a bit more to make a good seal.

Just un update. I have had no leaks! NONE!!!! This thing is great! I can leave the house knowing I wont run out of juice no matter how long I am out.

One bit of advice for anyone looking to make this tank, make only 1 very small hole on the side of the carto. I mean as small as a push pin. No bigger than 1mm, but i try to keep it at about .80mm in diameter. It feeds very well this way and no leaks no matter how thin the juice is.

This is how I make a hole on my cartos. I use a Dremel with a cut off wheel to to cut the carto, but I just make a dent in the metal, I dont cut through all the way. Then I use a dental pick (push pin works fine also) to punch the hole in the dented area. Once you get this method down, it is the easiest and best way to do it.
