Preservation and slow steeping

Was wondering how long liquid was good for, how to preserve juice for as long as possible and how to slow steep.

kinda the opposite of those rush steep threads.

Anyone got any insight?

Most liquid is good for 6 months to a year. To preserve it, store it in a glass bottle, tightly sealed, in a cool, dark place. If you want to store bulk for extended periods, it might be best in the freezer.
