Re-structured pricing and added a few new items.

Strange. I had a customer use it yesterday. Let me check that nothing has changed.

Everything seems to be working fine...I just tried it myself. Please make sure you are entering ECF and the discount should appear under the subtotal of your items.

I brought your shopping cart up and it shows the discount.

Make sure you are using ECF and not EFC as you have above.
