Does anyone ever experience flooding when building pro tank 2 coils?

I did the first time when I didn't use enough cotton (surprisingly, as it doesn't take much), but I got the hang of it pretty quickly.

ive tried 10+ times with different heads and i just cant seem to get it down. ive tried adding cotton and then it wont wick right ive donw like everything in between ive had 2 successful coils so far maybe its just not for me
