Congrats! I just broke my Provape cherry today with my first Provari, and minus a few set backs starting out (not the devices fault), I am now rockin' and rolling and loving it!

Congratulations OP!

May I make a suggestion that will save you a lot of heartache? And for that matter I suggest all Provari owners to this... Pick up these 2 things:
Amazon.com: Scratch Brush, Ultra Thin: Home Improvement
Amazon.com: DeoxIT® GOLD Pen (NSN-6850-01-477-1478) 100% solution 6 mL: Electronics

The fiberglass pen will allow you to get down inside the tube to scrape the carbon off the positive connection. Carbon does build up on it over time. The deoxit Gold pen will allow you to get down inside the tube and apply a thin layer of deoxyit, to slow down carbon buildup, and prevent corrosion. You might also use the fiberglass pen on the ends of your batteries.

The Provari gets picky about dirty connectors, and dirty batteries, but if you make sure those two things don't become a problem, you will never have a problem, IME.

I've read about the alcohol bath here. Does that not do as good as what you are suggesting? And how often for either/or or both.

Brand new provari owner wanting to make sure I care for it correctly. :)

The alcohol bath won't remove the carbon and possible corrosion from the atomizer connection. The alcohol bath is more for "provari got wet" situations because alcohol gets down into the tiny connections and lines on the circuit board to evaporate away the water.

This method with the pens was actually suggested by I THINK ZoiDman on here... Just do it about once a month. Eyeball the positive connector to see if it needs it.
