I was just wondering, what makes a disposable disposable. Are they one peice strictly throwaway units or could you stick a new carto in afterwards? could you recharge the battery if it was, say a 510 and i had a charger? I only ask because im trying to put a present together on a tight budget and can get a skycig basic kit with 1 battery three cartos and a usb charger for £12 and then a disposable for another six, ending up with ( if the disposable will in effect just end up being another battery) a two battery mini kit for soeone starting out for £18.

Thanks in advance

Hi Scott63,

Disposable ecigs are for one time use only. They generally last a day or two. The ones that I have come across are just one unit meaning the cartridge and battery are one unit and they can't be recharged.

There have been some rather awful accidents reported from people trying to recharge a disposable. Disposables are meant to be tossed once they have run out.
Rechargeables can, as the name says, be recharged. Most rechargeables I've seen can be recharged about 300 times.

Money wise if you go with blu prim kit it has a charger but cig will last only about 3 hours chartrages 3 days all guessing on how much you smoke. I found it was cheaper to get a twist 1100 ohm battery charger and some juice for less money and more satisfaction.

I would agree, it will be cheaper and more enjoying to your friend to pick him up an ego, or better yet a VV ego twist. The battery life is much better, you can use nearly any atomizer on them, pick out your own juice to fill them with, overall just a better vape experience. A lot of people try Blu and it turns them off to vaping entirely.
