Are you using ni200 or titanium coils? Temperature control won't work with kanthal or nichrome. If you are using ti or ni200, are you referring to the temperature protect message? That's simply an indication that your coil has reached the set temperature (420°F or 220°C is a good starting point) and that the mod is therefore limiting the power. If that's the case the mod is working as intended.

i am using titanium coil but the coil is cold
and i set my device at 420 or 220C but still protection error pops up
i dont know what to do realy
Are you referring to the temperature protected message? That's not an error, it simply indicates that the set temperature is reached.

no its protection and its not giving me any vapor
i have titanium coil in it but its work with Temp Ni mod not Temp Ti mod
I'm sorry, but I don't know how to help you. Perhaps your titanium coil has its resistance read incorrectly, or it's a dud coil. That's all I can think of. I wonder though what exactly the protection message is? What does it say?
