Problem: Not sure whats going on...

Tribeca zero nicotine is again out since their President's sale & still as today 2/23/13. I ordered things (a large order) for the Presidents sale, but was unable to order the zero nicotine because it was NOT available on Halo's website.

Needless to say, I was then unable to get the Tribeca zero nicotine for that sale.

Does Halo offer rainchecks in this case, because I am really not happy, as this isn't the first time Halo is out of this exact same item, during a sale. If its popular, make more, no?

Hi Penner,

I will look into it. We usually try to time things so liquid isn't sitting on the shelf for too long so sometimes it is just a matter of a flavor selling out just a day or two before the next batch is fully steeped. PM me your order number and I'll see what i can do.
