Problem ordering from Intellicig.com

hi everyone, i ordered intellicig evo on 16th march... when i login and see the status of my parcel it still says "invoiced" its been 6 days. r they out of stock?.. why diesnt it say "shipped" in the status

i know they were waiting for a shipment of carts on thursday, i ordered some kits from them and rang to see when they would be sent, john said as soon as they got them all orders would be dispatched. I guess if if you ordered extra carts with your kit, this could be the hold up.

how can yall be ordering from them? their website as of yesterday, and for the past two weeks say they are out of stock of starter kits and most everything!

Where do you see the stock status on intellicig.com? Did you mean intellicigS.com? I've heard the latter is not a good place to order from, e.g. blacklist.

Well I placed our order on Sunday evening, but this morning we received an email saying that a shipment that they were expecting last week has not arrived so there may be delays in processing the order :(

However, it was a generic email as it started with something along the lines of "If you aren't currently awaiting an order, then you can ignore this email" so it looks like it was sent ou to everyone.... so I really don't know now.

juice arrived today from TW, so I'm just waiting for the hardware to get started!

Hi Angela,

Got the same email as I also ordered Sunday. I have a feeling it it might just be carts that are being delayed so may be worth a call to them to see if they can send the device only with some empty carts that you could fill with your E-Juice.

As it happened I got my TW juice today as well. Orderd Cherry and Tobacco - Love it

I was wondering if that might be the case and think I might try to email and see.

Now I come to think of it, not so sure that is the problem, since my other half put the order through and I asked him to get some menthol carts with the starter kit for me to try (ordered ordinary ones as well). He forgot that I had asked him this when he put the order through and so emailed them afterwards to ask if it was possible. We received a reply saying, normally they would do this but they were currently out of stock of the menthol. This would imply that they aren't out of stock of the ordinary ones.....

Still, no harm in asking :p

The order status on my account says "Despatched" 23 march 2009..

Hope to receive it by friday27th or monday29th

It took them longer than normal to ship my order. See the DELIVERT link on the right side of their homepage. It says the reason. They are waiting.

Iam happy its shipped now. I live in charlotte NC , USA. Will update once I recievd it.

Am new here and I gotta say everyone is soooo helping in this forum. Iam gonna be an active participant for sure.

They have been waiting for a delivery of 100,000 carts which had to be diverted to avoid the HK customs and subsequently has taken over 10 days instead of the usual 3. They said the delivery had cleared customs at 8.30 this morning and should be with them in 24 hours. They have several hundred orders to clear but have taken on more staff. You could always call in and collect.
