Problem with aspire premium kit? Or am in being picky?

hi all brand new to the forum and vaping. Decided to go for the aspire premium kit with the nautilus tank. I've received it today and when I screw the tank into the battery, if I screw it any further than 3 turns the unit flashes 3 times and won't work. But it will work if I leave it loose (about 2 1/2 turns) but then it shakes around and looks unsightly with about a 3-4mm gap visible between the battery and tank. Is this normal or should I send it back? The company are being helpful and are willing to take the unit back but before I go to the trouble and cost of mailing it back I wanted to make sure this is not normal. Any input would be greatly appreciated guys. And also where do people get the the best flavours on the web? And what are your fruitiest favourites? So many to choose from! Haha. Thanks again.

Did the kit come with a "beauty ring"?
Favorite fruit flavors are Placid, Delta, Cayuga and Cascade by Adirondack.
Virgin Vapor is good as well. ANML, etc.

Thanks! Will have to try some. It didn't come with one but supposedly it should need one as the threads are covered by a sort of inbuilt beauty ring at the top of the battery unit. Cheers

This is it when it's not working. It needs unscrewing about half a turn before it will work. The light is pinkish and flashes 3 times and cuts out.

I don't own one, but from your picture I'd say that the gap definitely shouldn't exist. Send it back and get a new one.

That doesn't look right at all. Probably a faulty 510 connection on the mod itself.

Looks 'almost' normal to me. The flashes sound worrying though...

Where did you get it? Maybe we can advise you if it's genuinely worth sending it back. There are some UK vendors that might just chuck it in the bin and pretend they never received it.

As the Nautilus and the battery itself are supposed to be a compatible 'kit' you may well have a case.

Thanks for all the input guys I will be sending it back but will probably send it recorded delivery to be sure. It's from Vapeandecigstore on Amazon so hopefully legit. And when I receive the new unit I'll be checking the authenticity via the scratch panel. The hologram on this model appears legit so I'm not too worried about it being a knock off.

Regular its shirt circuit reason i think. Or the battery cant support lower resistance. you need check. change another lower resistance battery to see if its ok.
As i know Asprie qualty is stable. not bad product except you get a fake production. Can track on website if its real ASpire production.

Come on 1st page, he stated this is all he has.

OP send it back, but tell them to send a shipping label via email. Every reputable vendor should provide free shipping on faulty products.
