Problem with atty

Hi. I thought i would ask You why this happened to me: liquid run out from the atty to the battery... Why this could happen? Maybe i flooded the atty? How to avoid flooding? Hot to know whether my atty is going to be flooded or not?

And another thing: Is it safe to vape like this: when my cart run out of liquid, then i do like this: when i wanna vape, i drip 2 drops on the atty and three on the cart, and then vape till i notice lack of taste or bad taste. Another time i wanna vape i do the same, and lke this i'm doing all day. Before every vape i drip 2 drops on the atty, 3 on the cart and vape out all thos 5 drops during vaping..

I'm using EGO.

To actually answer your question: Yes, you are flooding your atty if juice is coming out the outher end. I would have to agree with Murdock Rum1, you're already essentially dripping, so the best bet would be to drop those carts and just drip. If you're vaping your atty dry than 3 drops should be enough for around 6 nice drags.

you are definitely flooding the atty if juice is coming out. try not to put much on your filler and just a drop or two on the atty when it is needed..

I stopped using filler a year ago because ofthe same problems you are having and it all stopped the mess of flooding.

I us a drip tip on my attys and just drip like 3 drops every 4 o5 hits. It works well now..

whenever I did flood it just unscrew the atty and blow through mouthpiece into a paper towel the excess out and put it in and vape again..

I think if you lose the filler and just drip you will see a big improvement..

Yeah, I'd loose the filler. I just started dripping a couple of days ago and don't have a drip tip yet so instead of just tail pipin it (sucking straight off the atty, which you can't do if you have your cone on anyway) I use an empty cart (pull out the filler). I still have the same problem with flooding my atty, but it's totally operator error in my case, lol. But when it happens, like Doots says, unscrew the atty, blow it out at bit (you only need to blow a little bit out, don't want to waste juice you don't have to) wipe it off and vape some more. This has worked for me. Also, if your atty's flooded it doesn't vape as well, so you'll find when you do this it'll hit a lot better. I've been dripping about 4-6 drops at a time. Apparently this is too much, lol. Live an learn

A drip tip snaps into place where you cart is now. (takes the place of the cart) the tip has a large hole in the top so you can drop a couple of drops into it whereby you dont have to remove the tip or cart every time you want to place drops on the atty bridge. Convenient not to have to remove the cart everytime you want to place drops in the atty. tips do not hold any filler material.

get the delrin plastic tip as it doesnt get hot.

I advocate getting rid of the filler and drip whenever you can. cart filler is a mess to fool with,,

actually the 808 has a slot in the center post. you can try taking a flat head and turn it one or two turns to bring it out some and then retry..

I have been able to get my cover on using one but some are different widths and lengths. Someone that uses a particular brand might know which one to refer you to..

you can also just take out your filler material out and take a cordless drill and drill a big hole in the top of your cart and make your own drip tip. It is cheaper.. lol I have done it plenty of times.. the plastic is very easy to drill out.

you dont need anything on there but it gets hot to tail pipe as I call it.. lol

got it! Thanks for quick answers. Actually i think i'll try drip tip, cuz filling carts starts to nervous me i vape a lot cuz i really like it!! so i need to refill very often.... So i'll really try dripping! Thanks again.
