I had 2 completely drained batteries this evening and I put them in my Ultrafire wf-188 charger to charge. About 10 minutes later, both lights turned green as to indicate that they were charged. I knew this was impossible. I put one of the batteries in my ProVape and it lasted about 15 minutes. I put the battery back on the charger and a few minutes later, the indicator light turned green again.

Anyone have a similar problem? Could this be a problem with my charger or my batteries? Should I leave the batteries on the charger for a few hours even though the indicator light is green?

Are you using 3.7 volt cells and have the charger on 3.2 volt?

Nope. I'm using 2 AW 14500 batteries and the charger is set to 3.7 volts and 650mAh.

I'm gonna leave this on the charger for a few hours to see what happens. Hopefully, they still charge.

The charger is 2 weeks old and the batteries are 1 week old if that helps...

OK, then Rocket Yields the floor to the gentleman from TX.

Voltmeter might keep things from getting really ugly.

(flat top AW cells?)

Good choice.
I've had problems, not with that battery/charger combination, with the positive terminal of the battery not making good contact with the charging terminal. A little resistance, dropping voltage could make the charger sense a higher voltage than is really there.
I've also dropped and damaged the cell and knocked the connection between the circuit board and negative case of the cell (under the plastic wrapper) Cell would work on Tuesdays and Thursdays only (intermittent, and unpredictable).
