Problem with Diamond Series

Both of my XL Diamond series batteries have extremely short charge time. I consider myself to be a fairly light vaper; my XL's usually last me 6-7 hours. Both of my Diamond Series XL's last no more than 3 hours. They seem to take the appropriate amount of time to charge, but they sure don't last long. Has anyone else had this issue?

I only have one diamond batt, but it has performed as well as all my other XL batts. I get 6-7 hrs from mine, just like you. Sounds like you have a problem batt there. Did it do this from the beginning or has it been gradually holding less and less charge?

Im sorry. I thought you were talking about regular length batteries. Put in a support ticket at support.vapor4life.com and we will get them replaced for you!

I got all the colors and have not had no issues with any of them. I can't wait for a battery blizz so I can order more of them. I gave all my others to my new daughter -in-law. My so told me last night he is going to pop the question this weekend OMG I'm so happy long time waiting.He wants me and his sister to help him pick out the ring,,,,, I just happy but still sad on the other end. I hope she is up to it,,,just maybe the thing to help her more,,, he is going to call and ask her to help him. I will let you know what she says.

Hey K9luvr...btw congrats again on your 1 year, when it shows that it is charged try unscrewing it from the charger, then screw it back in and see if starts to take another charge. It shouldn't, the charger should just stay green. Either way can you hit this post back and advise?

Hey Snow, yea, I already tried that. I remember it from another thread of yours. They show fully charged.

MsOcean, they, sadly, have been this way since I got them.

Yep. I had the exact same issue with my new Stealth XL battery. The charge would only last 2 hours. I was expecting much longer! I opened a support ticket and CS took care of it.

Just an update; I put in a ticket, and they are gonna send me replacements, and then I'm gonna send my defective ones back to them. V4L is the best!!! ;-)

I have the same issue with one of my diamond series and also with an extra long manual I bought. I did the charge trick and that seemed to help my auto regulars but not these. I really hate to put in a ticket because I've sent 2 back for replacement already.

Thank you. I may have to for the xl manual. I am working on pumping the other up with the charger and will put in a ticket if it doesn't help. I did recieve the little felt bags for my Diamonds so thanks so much for that. I had put in the notes field of my last order that I hadn't recieved them yet, but they came the next day !! Such a great company!
