Problem with ego Tank atomizer

I bought the new tank atomizer (my first one) and after filling and attaching the tank cartridge it does not produce any vapour. Do I need to do something to start it or it is simply faulty ? The battery is ok, I did check that. Anything like that happen to any of you guys ?

Did you push the juice cartridge into the atomizer until you heard a snap?

The hard push & snap means the piercing needle in the atomizer has punctured your cartridge so the juice can enter the atomizer.

Think about letting it sit for a few minutes so the juice has time to enter the atomizer.

Do you have a Ohm meter. Place setting on the upside down horse shoe sign, Place the positive probe(Red) on the center post of your atty and the negative(Black) on the threads. If so you can test to see if there is a reading something around 2.2-3.0 depending on the atty you got. Another option is to try and CAREFULLY pry up the center contact on the atty to make sure that you get a good contact. Use something like a dental pic and pry up A LITTLE on both sides to raise the center post to make contact with your battery. Make sure you punctured your tank completely and remove the hanging chad on the tank cap. Press the battery button after you have tried all this or first off and put the atty to your ear while pressing the button and see if you can hear it in operation. You should be able to hear is sizzling, hissing or popping. If you hear nothing and you have tried all the above chances are you have a DOA atty in which case you will want to contact the vendor you purchased from and get a credit for a new one.

Thanks for the tips guys.

I believe there is a current going thru the atty as multimeter say.
But I still can't get it to work. I cant hear any sound of it burnin liquid when I press the battery,
Not to worry I spoke to the vendor and he will send me a new one

Outstanding paracyte! You should be able to hear it in operation, so if you have nothing it is surely dead. Please let us know who you got it from so we know who the vendors that have done us right.
