I dropped like a week ago my e-cig the same day I bought the atomizer ( i am an idiot). As a result my atomizer would not make proper contact with my battery so I would have to readjust it regulary in order to vape. After two days the coil burned and i replaced it. Now it produces very little vape and it pops up liquid at times but is does make proper contact with the battery. My other atomizer works just fine so it is not a battery thing and I did change the coil correctly. Is my atomizer simply broken or is it something else that could be fixed?

Hi Gus. Welcome to ECF.

I can't be sure but it sounds like you're having flooding issues. Could be a bad coil, broken vacuum seal or a broken tank. It may just be worth your time to replace it. Rocky Mountain Vapor sells the GS Tank for under $11 with coupon code "reddit".

Good luck!

hi and welcome

i don't have that tank but have some experiance with dropping others

when the mod no longer reads a resistance (or a wrong one) on the tank, it usualy seems missaligned
for me so far it has always been the press fitting of the bottom part (with the 510 connector) comming loose

if you take wide plyers (see poor paint skills below) and press the side sticking out back together you should be good to go again
i've had to do this to many times on an aspire atlantis 2 and a bachelor

i use a pipe wrench (if that is the correct translation) important part is that you can apply pressure to squize it back together without squizing the airflow ring

I've done this and it's worked for me on the GS Tank!
