Problem with Igo Battery

Hi,

I am relatively new to ecigs. I recently purchased the IGo starter kit (had it for around two weeks). I love them! However, one of my batteries has stopped taking a charge. I have only used the charger that came with the kit. I can get two hits of of it and then it begins blinking again. Is there anything that I might try or is it just bad luck?

Thanks!

Hi susie, I have no experience with an Igo. I thought I would bump your thread in the hopes that some of the other members here might be able to help you.

Hi Susie,

It appears that an Igo is similar to the eGo. You may have a bad battery, or you may have activated a "click protection". Some batteries lock after 3-5 successive clicks. Read your manual to find out if that may be your problem. Otherwise contact your supplier on their warranty replacement policy. They may consider the battery DOA and just send you a new one, or you may need to send it back for a replacement.
