Problem with istick tc40w.

So I'm relatively new to the vaping community but my first vape pen was stolen so I figured I'd just buy and inexpensive mod now and see how I like it. With the pen I only used the juice Starship by Space Jam and I loved it. Then I switched to the istick and it worked fine for about a week but then it started tasting burnt and just bad. I was told to but a nickel coil which I did and replace with no problem but there's still that burnt taste and feeling. I ran out of starship so I figured I'd try a menthol flavor made by diamond vapor because I heard it was really good....and I cleaned everything out and it still tasted burnt and terrible...does anybody know anything I could do to fix this because I don't want to have to buy a new one. Thanks in advance.

You need to supply more info such as the tank and coil or RDA and coil build. We need to know the resistance and wattage you were vaping. When you put in the nickel coil did you have your I Stick in TC mode? More info will better allow someone to help you. Probably not the I stick that is the problem, or the juice. You could be running the wattage too high for your coil resistance, or maybe your coil is not wicking...

Sorry I didn't know all that was important. Thanks for letting me know. It was a delta II by joy tech tank, I was using anywhere from 30-40 watts cause I was trying to find a fix, and before the nickel coil my resistance was .5 ohms and after I got the nickel coil it was, and still is .3 ohms. And yes I had it in tc mode.

Do you drop e liquid to new atomizer and leave it for 5 - 10 mins before vaping?
Do you lock the coil by pressing "fire" and "up" bottom at the same time?
I think you need to change the atomizer and start over again.

Thanks you, I will definitely try that then....like I said I'm relatively new haha so it's a little confusing sometimes.
