Just got my itaste mvp yesterday and today it is blinking red, yellow, green on the power button and shows 8 on the VV display. I can't turn it off either. Any ideas how to fix this?

Yes I have an iclear 30 on it. I can still vape by pressing the power button. I can't turn it off by pressing the power button 3 times. I cannot change the voltage though as it says 8 and when i hold the V+ button it cycles through 919 and 73.7
I did my best. I don't have that device.
I didn't look for anything related to voltage only the light configuration the OP mentioned.
The guide was the only thing I came across which addressed it.
Another thread I came across with a similar question was never answered.

I don't have a MVP (waiting for the VTR!), but I'm pretty sure the display isn't supposed to do that. I'd contact the vendor you received the MVP from and discuss replacing the unit.
seems like when i hold the V- button I can change the number that shows the 73.7 changes from 33.3 44.4 etc up to .50 at the highest. The blinking on the power switch seems to stop when I change those numbers
Unless you're looking at the puff counter, those numbers shouldn't be going that high. I suspect you have a defective unit and need to contact the vendor to discuss replacement options.
I was thinking that it was the puff counter messing it up, But I agree Retired, It needs to be replaced. I would not Vape with it because it might be unregulated voltage at this point. I got mine from a local guy that runs an online shop. I prefer to do business this way because it makes returns a snap. Sorry about your luck though
