Problem with label for delivery

Hi guys i had one question for you im from mexico about two weeks ago i send my provari to warranty to provape they send it back last week but label was incomplete they don't put any name on the label ( that's what provape inform me) but the problem is the provari was delivery the last Wednesday i went to my postal office to ask for my parcel but they said the item was delivery to the address i ask for the guy who deliver my provari to aski him where he left it but no one knows who was the delivery guy .

i wen to all the house of my block door to door to ask is someone got it for me but with not luck
so guys i need some advice of what i do i already try many thing but im sure i missing something else i can do please i need your advice

yes they did Cecilia was very kind helping me out i really appreciate the customer service of provape , cecilia give me today the new tracking number
