Problem with new Kangertech emow

So I just got my Kangertech emow in the mail today and I plugged it in to charge while I was at work (so for at least 7 hours). When I came back I expected to be able to use it, however it isn't working. I've tried pressing the button 5 times, I've tried holding it down, etc. Nothing seems to work to get it to start. When I plug it in, it flashes multicoloured three times, and when I screw it off the charger it flashes the same colours 6 times. The charger itself stays green, and nothing happens on the actual model. I've been on a lot of forums and it seems that nobody else has had this problem?
I just destroyed my pack of cigarettes so I really need this to start working, and fast. Please help me!

When you got home from work, was the little LED on the charger green? I'm asking because it just sounds like your battery is completely dead. I have an emow here and I know the battery has a nasty habit of just quitting with no warning. One moment it's working and the next, it's stone dead. Also, when you click it 5 times, go as fast as you possibly can - might help.
