Still battery problem KangerTech EMOW

Morning all,

I am a new user Electronic Cigarettes and three weeks ago I bought KangerTech EMOW (Starter Kit), and as long as I use always charge the battery as recommended in the manual (charging 4 Hours) but the problem is after I turn off the battery (quick break to do something others) and when I turn it back on then the battery will not turn on, but after charging the battery this morning, I just use some suction alone and sometimes can be lit after I connect the battery to the charger. When switched on continuously (batteries not turned off) no problem. And emerging issues ika battery off (albeit briefly) and then switched on again.

How can I get my battery KangerTech EMOW can work normally again? (considering the age of the battery, still three weeks ago I use).

Welcome to the forums. Possible problem is the center pin is too low. Try this and don't screw the tank on too tight.
