Problem with registration

I was about to register to Heath Cabin as i realized they have very good prices on items i'm used to pay at least double.
The big issue i had it was when i was registering, in the country menu there isn't Italy .
Omg my country sucks i know but maybe a little place amongst Aaland Island and Dijibouti it would have been nice
To make a long story short, i'm not allowed to buy anything....

We are very sorry for the problem. We did send orders to Italy and orders were returned to us by your customs after a few months. So we have to discontinue sending orders there.
I am sorry again.
