Problem with the bolt!

I must admit I am pretty disappointed that after owning my mod the bolt for 4 days the female 510 connection on the top has become loose. It looks as if it wasn't secured with any adhesive?! It is ridiculous to try to get the inner pos battery contact out to repair, so I did a bad job of CA ing the connector back on. Just thought this would be simple protocol when building a $50 mod!!??

After glueing the 510 connector . I ruined the paint on the top but at least it's holding up. Has anyone else had the connector come loose like this?

Mine's holding up OK so far but yours is the second case of this happening that I've heard of. Seems to possibly be a weak point in the design. Thankfully yours will be covered by warranty. For the purposes of possibly narrowing down which Bolt's have this issue, would ya mind mentioning what color yours is?

My bolt is black. I actually ended up glueing it from the top, I dripped some strong CA and then buffed out the residue left from the CA. It's a little discolored but it works ok. I just thought since it was pricey I wouldn't have to do any mods .
