Problem with the led on my Joye 510

Hi I just recieved my Joye 510, did a full overnight charge and when i assembled it the led is constantly lit up. it wont close no matter what. Has anyone ever encountered this?

Basically just the led is lit up all the time, when you try to vape it is evident that it is closed(i have the manual, so when taking a puff without pushing the button its not doing anything), When i push the button it works fine. Basically the only problem is that the led will not close. So i charged my second battery and the led only lights up when i push the button. As it should.

Why is the first battery doing this? Any ideas as to what i can try?

Sounds like a faulty batt, how old is the battery??

battery is 2 days old, i just got the ecig 2 days ago

It does sound like a bad batt. It could be the switch is stuck so you could try pressing it hard and moving it around at the same time. Other than that I'd contact the supplier and see about a replacement. I think all of them will do DOA replacements.

Yep just like every thing else, you are bound to get one bad item every now and then. I would not put any atomizers, or cartomizer on there due to it being on all the time. you don't want to burn up any carts.
