I'm trying like hell to palce an order and for some reason the "system doesn't understand" my telephone number format. What "format" am I supposed to use? 1-999-999-9999 or 999-999-9999 or (999)-999-9999? The site gives no example and this is the only thing preventing me from placing an order.
