I keep receiving this error

It also says that i might have special characters but i dont. i even took out the dashes in my phone number... Anyone experience this before?

Forget that i figured it out. When your shipping to a different address for some reason the form puts your email address in the fax number location. Just removed it and it worked. Cant wait to receive it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
