When i got my provari months ago, i ordered it with the extention cap and 18650 batteries.... well a couple weeks ago i ordered a bolt pv to use with a genesis style rebuildable atty/tank and the bolt comes with a 18500 and also ordered 2 more 18500 bats.
ive tried these batteries several times in my provari with the normal bottom cap and i get nothing, the provari wont even power up, blink a light or anything. The batteries have been working fine in the mechanical bolt mod but lately been having issues charging them...
Im charging the 18500 bats in the dual bat charger that came with the provari... the charger says on the back its compatible with both 18650 , 18500, and a bunch of other sizes, but lately i can come home from work with an obviously drained 18500 in the bolt, i put it in the charger and the light is green like the battery is already charged. Two of these batteries are doing this, i get a green light instead of it turning red to show its charging.
they are imr 18500's from crystalclearvaping. I know in a mechanical mod your batteries can be drained to nothing and this will effect charging them, but i dont go a long time with these in the bolt before swapping them for fresh ones.
Any ideas to whats going on with these? Why they wont work in a provari and why they are not giving me a red light when charging?
