Problems with Hohm Skillet

I have searched online for trouble shooting tips on the Hohm Skillet but can't find anything. I've also contacted vapor cube (where I bought it) 3 times with no reply.

It worked for an hour or so and now just flashes a light 5 times when I press the fire button. It is fully charged and I've turned it on and off several times and it still just blinks when I press the fire button.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

What ohms are you using in your topper? Did you just change the coil to a new one?

I'm using the .50 CKCC 3 coil that it came with as well as the tank that it comes with

Just wondering if the coil is bad? Can you try it on another device to check that it isn't shorted or just a dud?
