Problems with Iclear 30b?

Does anyone have problems with an Iclear 30b? If so, what are the issues? I'm having several problems.

Lol I was told this tank was no good when I bought my mvp 2 so i went a different way but now I never use the other tank that I got I wonder how the swivel tip on this deal works looks interesting

the swivel tip is nice but the draw is so tight and it just doesn't make much vapor. especially after two or three hits in a row! my MVP came with the 16b which I like but then I bought a 30b because I figured it would be even better. it looks the part but definitely does not perform very well. now lately it started gurgling and leaking on me when I put a brand new coil in it.
