I found that some mods (aerotanks in particular) have a very long post that pushed down the pin on the MVP and compresses the insulator. The best trick I found was adjust the beauty ring on the MVP when connecting any tank/rba/etc to where it has just the slightest resistance going in. It takes a couple tries, but haven't had to pry the pin in the last couple weeks doing that. iClear30b still requires full down to connect, but at least it works every time.

You just fixed my tank problems with the mvp's! It's the beauty ring that's causing my troubles. Thank you!
