i would really care to know why when a customer has problems with a vendor, everything gets deleted, this dont help all the other customers looking to buy products from an honest vendor, not one bit,i thought that was the main purpose of the ecf to help the vaper get honest answers, but when vendors that screw people like notcig screwed me, everything is always against the customer not the vendor this is just plain wrong, 2 years ago puresmoker did the same thing and what was the reaction then, end result the least used forum is now puresmoker, but for whatever reason notcig is doing the exact same thing and getting away with it by having all my post deleted,
my infinity was purchased in jan of 2011, it was returned a couple weeks later because of the quility of the anodizing which was terrible, why would you send out a product knowing that your going to get them back , , well i recieved my new black infinity around the second week of feburary, used maybe a dozen times then the unit would not shut off, well we all know the rest by now how they wont or cant fix the unit which is less the a year old, by my point of view your wasting your time and money dealing with these people at notcig, mike has the attitude that if he dont like it , ill delete it that easy, just wonderful,

of corse there not part of the ecf, my problem isnt with the ecf,i stand behind the ecf as i have been for years now, we have what we have today in part because of the workings of the ecf, im sorry if anything ive written states anything different, my problem is with vendors that too my opinion take advantage of the customers, like not producing enough parts to make future repairs, like in my case

The 6 month warranty is expired even if you got your Infinity in Feb. I'm not sure what you want beyond the pro-rated store credit that was offered to you, since that PCB is no longer in stock.

Your thread in the vendor forum was locked because you wanted to trash a vendor that wouldn't give you what you wanted, not because he refused to work out the problem.

I think between the vendor forum posts, the bad review, and posting here, you've made your point.

i trashed the vendor so other people dont get screwed like i did, i have bought 5 different buzz products in the past, everyone that ive bought either came with marks on them or there was some kinda problem with them, one of them you even accused me of putting the marks on, now thats great quility control, the fact is im tired just like many other people in here of getting screwed by vendors that think they can do anything they want, so the way i look at it im doing a public service by informing people of the faults and problems ive had with the buzz products, and i will continue to do so, this is what the ECF IS SUPPOSED TO REPRESENT THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOM OF THE VAPOR, not the rights of the vendor
buzz did nothin to help me out with this matter, one day he tells me the pcb is burned out so it cant be fixed next day he changed his story and said a wire was broken well mike which is it,burned out or broken wire, and if it was a broken wire then why didnt you repair it

when i bought all these units notcig was repairing or replacing the bad units, so it wasnt a biggy ,because the units before they took a crap did work good,at least until juice got into the electronics, this whole matter could of been avoided if they knew enough to seal the adaptors, which they didnt do even after they knew the problem existed,

why didnt i use a sealed adaptor, i didnt know there was a sealed adaptor to be honest with ya,i did use a goose neck at times ,but there just a pain because of the length of it

Just so you will know. 2 bucks would have saved you all the hassle.

The big reason for using these is so that you never have to worry about screwing up the threads/battery post on your mod.

Just to balance things out I'll share my experiences with NotCigs. I ordered an original model Buzz in November of 2010 as a birthday present for myself. A half hour after placing the order I recieved a phone call from a NotCigs employee verifying every aspect of my order and two days later my new Buzz had made it's way from central Cali to my hot little hands here in southern MI. It has been a flawless mod and is still rockin' to this day.
I have since bought a Buzz Pro and an Infinity Pro. I had an issue with the Buzz Pro and it was repaired and back to me a week after I sent it in.
As a matter of a fact k9frog, until today I have never heard anything but enthusiastic praise for the customer service provided by NotCigs.

Not wrong, just a little unreasonable. This isn't a mass produced production line item backed by a multi million dollar corporation. Parts are outsourced, cost has to be taken into consideration and the product was out of warranty.

well i believe its time to end this debate ,i see which way its heading and your right let the vendors get away with whatever they want , a couple of years ago i was chatting with this gentleman and he told me if your learn nothin about ecigs learn this, when its all said and done the only units that will be working are the mechanical mods, not the electrical mods that are being built, you might get a year or 2 out of them but they will crap out, for whatever reason , ever see a GG or super T go bad, never, well take care and good luck

Join us... Lol, j/k. I've owned several Buzzes, an Infinity, and a Buzz Pro and they were all well-made, and backed by incredible customer service. It's been my experience that the people that go off trashing vendors on forums are:
    (A) Usually not telling the whole story
    (B) In possession of a bad attitude.
Basically, if you come at a vendor the wrong way you're not going to walk away happy. It's important to remember that they're people too, not just PV-supplying robots. I'm not saying that you have to beg and plead, but a little courtesy will make them WANT to help you.

It sounds like YOU are the one with the attitude... Everyone else seems pretty benign and civil... Just my observation from this thread and the other one you had going.

You had a problem with PureSmoker--one of the best vendors going? Now that more than strains credibility; and what does it have to do with NotCigs, anyway?

Aside from that, dude from NotCigs didn't trash you back. He made you a generous offer to make you happy--though I don't really see any chance of that happening--even though your warranty is expired and you don't...like, y'now...have any rights that haven't already been taken care of.

The problem you have has nothing to do with the vendor, AFAICS.
