When I log in to the NT website my rewards don't show up. I was planning to use it when I placed my order, but there was no place to open up the icon for the rewards. I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble.
close your web browser and reopen...ive noticed it happening to me when i would switch page on the site and it would disappear...this has happened on both ie and chrome, and if i recall completely closing the browser and then relaunching to the site works

Thank you for the heads up... I will contact the rewards folks and see what the major malfunction is. I just tested it (Palemoon browser, a 64bit verson of Firefox) and it worked...
