When I log in to the NT website my rewards don't show up. I was planning to use it when I placed my order, but there was no place to open up the icon for the rewards. I was wondering if anyone else was having trouble.

I kept logging off and logging back on to see if I could get it to work. I'll use my rewards next time - It'll be more by then anyway!
close your web browser and reopen...ive noticed it happening to me when i would switch page on the site and it would disappear...this has happened on both ie and chrome, and if i recall completely closing the browser and then relaunching to the site works

Thank you for the heads up... I will contact the rewards folks and see what the major malfunction is. I just tested it (Palemoon browser, a 64bit verson of Firefox) and it worked...
Yeah mine was doing that at work today when I was gonna see if I could use some of my points. Never could get it to work.

If in doubt, clear your cache, close and reopen your web browser. Has corrected every single problem with the NT website for me to date.
Hmm, can't use my reward in Safari. I see it but it's not letting me redeem.
