Problems with RoyalSmokers any other supplies with comparable prices?

I am having a lot of difficulty with RoyalSmokers, emails not being returned, communication issues, etc. Their prices are the best I've seen and I'd hate to have to pay way more for the same thing. Are there any wholesalers/manufacturers with comparable prices who are more reliable and easier to deal with?
