On the 22nd February I made an enquiry about an order with RoyalSmokers. After exchanging a few emails I asked for a quote for the following
40 x m402 batteries
10 x usb chargers
500 ce2r4 m-series cartomisers
2 x 0.5 litres e-liquid.
They returned a quote for $546.40 with postage of $131.62. I queried the postage and was told "The shipment price for the hardware and liquid is different, liquid is more expensive than the hardware". I pointed out that there was no mention of this on the site and politely asked for a breakdown of the postage pointing out that I couldn't make the total weight much more than 4 kg (I did a bit of weighing at my end). Their site states $25.50 for the first 0.5 kg and $7 for every further 0.5 kg (to the UK) which suggests they're charging for more like 8 kg. I also emailed their bulk orders site e-liquid.cn asking what the postage was on liquid for a comparison.
Anyway, 9 days later I still haven't had a reply from either of them and I'm presumably being slung a deafy for having the cheek to ask for a breakdown of the postage. Is this the norm for this mob? How unlike the customer services at Absolutelyecigs.
