I use Tapatalk to view this forum. In Tapatalk, I cannot reply to posts. I cannot quote people's posts. I can just look and talk to myself about the post...

When will people hear me?

I have not. I can't seem to find it on Tapatalk. Could you point me in the right direction?

New members are restricted to posting in the New Member's forum until they have 5 posts. Once you have 5 posts, the servers have to update your account. Those updates occur at 25 minutes after the hour.

Other forums have a 15 post requirement before you're allowed to post there.
