I haven't. I also have never ordered from them before. IDK I think everyone has had problems with their orders from time to time. Sometimes in my case they are what I consider "Fatal" errors, so I don't order from that company again. Otherwise, it's mods DOA (probably not the vendors fault) or longer shipping times than expected. I had one order just.... lost.
Are you having a specific problem or is this just a general inquiry? Because I think vaping.com is a high volume site and depending on where you are located, well, there are going to be issues from time to time.
They are good at support though so if you are having a problem I'd suggest going to their forum (under the vendors forum) and posting your issue and asking for help, etc.
