Probs changing the heads on my Vivi Novas

yes, the bottoms are different, how do you pull the center pin?

you should be able to use a screwdriver and just pry it out a little bit, dont take it all the way out, just enough to match the depth on the head that works. do it slowly.

Yes, this is a for sure. Genuine Vision Vivi Nova does not have heads that have pointy metal. The heads that you bought as a replacement sound like Genuine Vision Vivi Nova heads. They are not interchangeable with knock off Nova's.
