Proctor & Gamble VG

Not sure how many of you got this freebie but all I asked for was a pint. They sent me this huge bucket of the stuff. Did any of you get the same bucket and if you did what is the easiest way to get it out of there without making a huge mess? I want to put it in some bottles that already have some PG in them and I want to put some in the old Humco bottles that I got from Walmart.

OMG Jules.. we got two buckets for petes sake!!! I use a big syringe w/ no needle! thats the easiest way i've found!

Well first thing comes to mind, did you ever siphon gas ? LOL Got any extra tubing? You did say a bucket right ?

I would say a turkey baster would probably be the cleanest transfer for the bottles with mouths that will allow it. Large cc syringe for the ones that won't. Good luck!

Just for anyone w/ a diesel, they also have soy methyl esters. AKA soy biodiesel. I haven't done it yet, but hopefully they will provide a couple gallons. lol

My MB loves Biodiesel.

we got 2 gallon buckets from procter and gamble or w/e.. boB just said the co name was Bob's juice and they sent 2 gallons FREE!!! no shipping or anythng!....... if anyone has bottles and wants to pay shipping they can have some!! LOL

I got 3 pints from them.................1 is gone already because I pifed 3/4 of it to someone....................But my GOD they are heavy bottles........the package weighed like 2.5 pounds and the only other things in there were 3-1.5ml bottles of flavors and some empty 3-ml bottles (I am sure that those didn't weigh 2.5 #) I was just appalled when I brought it to the PO an it weighed that much.............but any way I still have 2 pints left and if I go down to none I will send one to one you all buckateers and get some more......LOL

I thought one bucket was overkill, can't imagine getting 2 of them,lol I have a large 12 ml syringe that might work for that.

I think my turkey baster has run off with my printer cables. Haven't seen it since we moved either,lol

I will be PIFing it once I get everything else mixed and sent out. I will never use that much VG. Now if we could just find someone that would give us PG free like that.

Naples is not really a farming area, I havent seen a tractor supply here, or if there is I dont know where.

Look and see if you got any local feed stores then call them. They will know what the stuff is if you ask for propylene glycol. Usualyy if they don't have it they can order some, usually about $25 a gallon.

ya know .. i live in the country ... pretty big on farming here.. cows everywhere u look! i went the the farm supply store... and i asked for the propylene glycol, and they looked at me like i had 3 heads.. OMG!!!
