ecig forums, P&G saw a huge spike for these free samples. Some department is responsible for the shipping bill for this, and probably has *some* sort of filter in place. I wonder if someone is looking at the business application and sending them only to requests that sound professional and, moreover, may lead to sales of large quantities. You know... like it was designed for

Granted, this is sort of subjective, but just wondering if those who aren't receiving them are putting "
e-liquid" or some short, vague description. FYI, I put something like "Evaluation for use as thinning agent for cosmetic base". I have no idea what that means, but figured it might pass an eyeball-test if someone is filtering them, and got mine quickly.
Also, they mention they only ship to commercial addresses. That means they may automatically file any requests to "Apartment 2-C" for example, in the circular bin.
