OK i finally got it all done and soldered together. Need some help troubleshooting! Powers up fine, wattage adjustment fine. I do not have any Ω reading or voltage showing i resoldered the positive to the pin so nothing. It was firing last night before i expoxied it all together. What do i need to check? I do have a multimeter.

Hmmm i cant seem to lock the screen with fire button...investigating button..

Are you getting any error messages? When you press the fire button does the display get brighter?

Check continuity from the center pin to the board and the outside of the 510 to the board. If those are good your atty probably isn't making contact with the center pin.

I took the button off the box..reattached leads..works.....

Think i got it..one of my leads on the board appears a touch lose..be entertaining to resolder it...

If i put a little tension on the - Fire lead from board it will fire. Taking a break for lunch

Almost done, have to re-solder a fire button lead on board, will finish that later..lunch time

Alright all finished up! I am quite pleased with myself. Was a little challenging as it had been a long time since i soldered anything. Learned a few lessons along the way which will help immensely in the next builds. Quality Soldering station is a must, a standard $10 non adjustable iron probably wont cut it. Be careful around the ribbon cable. Try not to let it flop around too much. I didn't break mine but i was mindful of it at all times. Take your time with the cutouts! for the cradle i went at it a little haphazardly and you can tell if you look at the hole. The charging port came out much better imo. Next one will be a a 30 with a Lipo.
