Just read this in the Atlanta Craigslist e-cigarette Section. He is offering kits for class action lawsuits against anyone selling e-cigarettes for $5.00
This is MUST reading and a New attack against E-Cigs. It also reveals some insight as to the Pay-Pal change. Read this link. It is amazing, as well as troubling! This is the Craigslist ad that is actually soliciting for clients;

it also states child dies from drinking e-liquid in Georgia.. i could not find anything on that.. but there is one about a kid that died from drinking water..

Why can't we get together and file a class action against him for making so many false and misleading claims about our products ?

Seriously, what chance would Banzhaf's class action have ? No one has been physically harmed by e-cigs, although his class action states that no harm need to have been encountered in order to join the suit.

Somebody needs to explain that one to me ...

the not needing to be harmed is from claims made by ecig sellers that are not proven..

like the healthy way to smoke.. ext.. how long carts last.. basically for ppl that feel tricked into buying a product... main reason ecf states that on suppliers sites not to make claims like that..

Somebody needs to explain that one to me ...

I don't know anyone that has complained of any illness from e-cigs. And this idiot is using half truths & negative newspaper articles to validate his crock of *#^%. As for the lawyer, Yes, I have one and I intend to talk to him today. And I suggest anyone that could be affected by this idiot's craigslist ad to go on the ad, order a template for a lawsuit, and use it to file against him for numerous reasons, one of which is soliciting people to put a e-cig seller out of business based on lies. I guess since Judge Leon didn't buy the FDA (Gestapo) argument this guy is using the ultimate scare tactic, Lawsuits. Is Banzhaf employed by the Government? If not, he can be sued himself. PM me tomorrow, Cap't. And I will let you know.

This is a good idea and at least one small thing we can do for the cause. Everyone can check their local and state Craigslist sites and post a link here if they find one. With enough people reporting the ad as spam Craigslist will remove the posting.

I knew I'd seen this guy's name somewhere. He filed an Amicus Curiae Brief for ASH is support of the FDA in the current Appeal. YVilla, I think you are an Attorney, so how do you like this guy's using approximately 15 pages of "newspaper articles" to support his brief. One is for ...... using the E-cig as a delivery mechanism. How did the Appeal court even accept his Brief? Lol What a tool!

Banzoff makes crooked lawyers look angelic. He goes beyond the hate rhetoric of the anti-smoker crowd - he's truly in a hell of his own.

I won't recommend his ASH website, unless you've got a real strong stomach - this guy is militant in his hatred of all things pleasurable about nicotine consumption.

I think he'd stomp on baby bunnies just to make them less cute.
