I'm at 23 posts, just wondering why my pic still doesn't show up?

Change your avatar under profile .Click inbox and then look to left of screen and go down a tad.

You loaded your picture as your profile picture, which only shows on your profile page. If you want an avatar picture that shows under your ID in your posts, you will have to change your avatar picture on your Settings page (top right, then middle left for avatar).

Just be sure if you use the same photo as your profile that it fits in the size guidelines for an avatar photo.
