Since I am new if anyone has any pointers for me that would be awesome. I have no clue how to upload a picture avatar , or if that is what's considered a signature, if I need more posts for that or what. I also post every now and then on e-cig advanced, which is kind of different to work with than this forum, so I am just not used to this one yet, and seem to get confused easily. thanks

First of all welcome! You have to go to your profile in order to upload a picture for your avatar. The signature is what displays below your posts. If you look below mine it is that which shows how long I've gone without an analog (cigarette). You'll get used to it in no time. Just welcome others and your post count will come up fairly quickly so that you will be able to post in all (almost all) sections of the forum.

In the upper right hand corner click settings it will take You to a page where You can set many features regarding Your account/profile.
I am quite certain You need a certain amount of posts before You can use some of the features but, don't really know the details on that.
