I like the heatsink...I think it's something the Manhattan needs, but is sorely lacking. I'm actually thinking of getting a Vulcan base so that I can have everything set flush. to do away with weak spots in the union.

The only two comments I've seen about this mod have both stated it doesn't hit very hard. /shrug

Could be the magnetic switch.
Id like to see some breakdown pics of the firing mechanism.
Unless the switch is some janky weird design, there's no reason it couldn't hit like a pimp on a Saturday night.
It's Chinese made, so some tweaking may be required.

I've got one of these coming in the mail, so I guess I'll know soon enough either way, but does anyone know if the 510 connection on them is floating/adjustable? Or am I going to be doing all adjustments on the atty side? I know there's the battery rattle adjustment screw, but didn't know on the 510 itself.

I got one that just came in the mail today, comparing it to my nemesis clone and aspire cf sub battery, .35ohm build, hits hard. I'm satisfied with it. The 510 is not adjustable, it's all on the atty's side.

im curious about them too just looking for a cheap beataround mod and im a big fan of the mutation-x might get one just because the pricing is good and it comes with the magnetic button standard

I tried one with my darkhorse .31 ohm dual coil build and i was not impressed at all, it had a fresh battery in it too. If you want something cheap that hits hard get a hcigar copper penny mod, i got mine today for $40 and it hits way better then the mutation x mod

I had a aspire sub ohm battery and that thing sucks big time. The voltage drop on it is huge, i tried it side by side with my new copper penny clone and it wasn't even close on a fresh battery. I sold the sub ohm battery for $30 and glad i did
