I noticed some people mention they had juice in the airflow chamber of the sapphire, I noticed that if you fill it improperly the juice will get into the airflow chamber while filling the main hole, this happens from juice seeping into it while filling.

To avoid this make sure your fill nipple or what you use to fill the sapphire is properly seated in the fill hole and that no juice is getting into the airflow chamber as you fill, this happen to me and i couldnt figure it out until i replicated it while filling and bingo i solved it.

If you fill it improperly and juice gets into the fill chamber, take off the mouth peace, leave the plug in place on the sapphire and blow from the connector end and have a napkin at the mouth peace end to cath the juice that comes out the airflow, the you can vape it with no issues.

So make sure everyone is filling it properly.

One thing I might mention for those who use an eye dropper or a Galls bottle with an eye dropper cap.

Most eye dropper tips seal the fill hole completely. So it can be difficult to get the e-Liquid out of the eye dropper because the air in the Sapphire tank has nowhere to go.

To solve this, Place the eye dropper tip on the fill hole and gently pump the eye dropper bulb while keeping the tip of the eye dropper in contact with the fill hole. This lets a small amount of e-Liquid enter the tank and then lets a small amount of air enter the eye dropper. It usually takes about 10 pumps to fill a Sapphire depending on the size of your eye dropper.

Hope this helps for those who use eye droppers.

I had this happen when i had some juice on the fill nipple. The juice dripped down the side of the nipple and pooled on the top of the saphire making a seal. Immediately it forced juice into the air tube. Just making sure there was open air around the fill nipple allowed air to escape through the fill hole and problem solved. Not even really an issue just physics. Working great.

So, I did this. Tried to fill without using the nipple. It forced a bunch of juice through the atty and leaked out the bottom. I got it all cleaned up and filled properly. The problem is, now it doesn't seem to want to wick properly. I can get a couple good draws, and then a nasty dry hit. I don't want to take it apart if I don't have to, but I think the wick may have been pushed down a little by the pressure. Any suggestions?

I absolutely love these things, by the way.
