I just want to let everyone know about my experience with mypvshop.com.

I ordered a DSE 601 pipe from them, and received it a few days ago. We charged a battery and popped it in. Other than the nasty primer taste, the pipe was great. Great vapor production right out of the box. That lasted for about 3 or 4 hours. It turned out that our pipe has a defective atomizer.

I was a bit distraught. I had ordered this for my wife. I had successfully given up the smokes using a 510, but my wife was having a hard time of it. We were both excited about her trying the pipe.

I sent an email via mypvshop.com, and within minutes, I had a reply telling me to send back the atomizer, and they would send a replacement. No questions asked.

I am very pleased with the customer service from mypvshop.com. I will be doing business with them in the future.

I get everything there. If you have something defective, no questions asked! I vape the RN4075 and have heard a lot of people saying they are looking for the "knock off" atomizer for 901's. What they are looking for are the atty for RN4075. If you like the atomizer of 4075 but like manual batts. you can combine 901 manual batts with 4075 atty as long as you use the correct cartridge, they are not interchangeable, but batterie are. My PV (excluding big sale they just had) is never 'out of stock'. They ship in 3 days. Best luck i've had with any store so far!
