Its only been about a week, but SI has blown me away with their customer service. From my first order (that came with a nice little custom message on the invoice) to them allowing me to apply a coupon I had forgotten to attach on the order, they have been great. Then, upon ordering an extra batt for my wife, it turned out that the color of the batt and tip option I chose for her was out of stock. I got an email asking if I would like to choose another option or refund my money. We decided on a another color for her and the shipment arrived at the time originally expected! And to top it all off, the sent me a code for 16% percent off my next order. So, not only did they honor a coupon code I forgot to enter, they gave me a discount on my next order. 
Yikes!
I feel like I am dealing with a local company. The customer service is just so damn good. To top it all off, the products are top notch.
